BACKORDERS- Back orders will be shipped the day they arrive at our center. Waiting time is usually only a matter of days.

RETURN POLICIES-

RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with any unopened product (excluding special orders), please call our customer service department within 15 days and we will refund the full price of the product. Postage is not refundable . All sales are final after 15 days of receipt.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Special orders are not  returnable.
